It Was Good To See Everyone . . .

Well, it WAS good to see everyone at Wing Fling. Got to say “Hi” to a lot of folks I haven’t seen in awhile. Too bad I can’t figure out some way to use one of those neat chariots some of the Chapters made, to get around to visit with everyone! What with gas prices being what they are and are going to be, it would sure be a money saver. (Wonder what a bag of horse feed costs now?)

The District Rider Ed Staff really, really appreciated all the help we received from the Chapter Educators, not only in helping in selling tire tickets during the past 6 months, but assisting at the RE table during the Rally. Anne and I, had the opportunity to have nice chats with a lot of the Chapter Educators, which was very nice. Anne stated that was the most help she and Janet have had in a long time. It gave Anne and Janet , the time to take a break, grab a bite to eat or just kick back and take a breather. Thanks to all who helped. And thanks to everyone that stopped by and chatted a few minutes.

With the nice weather we are having (even if it is hot weather), riding will be on the upswing. With that in mind, just a quick reminder for now. Stay HYDRATED!!! Of course, the best thing to drink, is water. Try not to drink colas or coffee, as it does not have the desired results. There will be more on this subject next month.

And, as always, always be watchful for the unwatchful . . . .
